Client was serving a six year prison term for multiple drug offenses. Client applied for "80% release" under ORC Section 2929.20. I advocated on the Client's behalf at the judicial release hearings, ... presenting evidence of the Client's remorse, efforts to become a contributing member of society by learning life skills, and good behavior while in custody. The client was granted early release from prison and reunited with his family.
