Our client was seriously injured after his vehicle was struck head on by a driver going the wrong way on I-95 at 65 MPH. The crash triggered a pile-up with several other cars. Unfortunately, the wrong ... way driver who caused the crash was collectible and maintained no insurance money to go after to compensate our client for his injuries. Nonetheless, we continued forward and turned the investigation onto the other vehicles involved in the pile-up collision that were travelling behind our client. We were successful in obtaining three separate settlements from three separate drivers involved in the pile-up. Our client was very pleased with his settlements we achieved despite the primary at fault driver having nothing to contribute.
