Client was followed by police after leaving a sports bar. The police pulled Client over after watching Client commit a traffic violation. Client was given sobriety tests and failed all tests, per polic ... e. Client refused to give a blood specimen and then police obtained Client's blood anywhere through a search warrant. The results from the blood showed a 0.16 BAC (Double the legal limit). The case was dismissed after Adam proved the Officer's traffic stop was illegal and all evidence obtained would be suppressed at trial.
