Richard Edward Siferd

After graduating from lima Senior High School, I attended The Ohio State University. While in attendance, I played Ice Hockey, where I received the Varsity “O” for the 1963-1964 and 1964-1965 seasons. From 1965-1969 I served in the U.S. Army. During this time, I was a Staff Sergeant (Field Artillery) from 1965-1968 and a Drill Sergeant from 1968-1969. Following my military service, I attended Case Western Reserve University, where I received my J.D. in 1973.

I have been a practicing attorney in Ohio since 1973, in the Lima, Ohio and surrounding areas. In 1974 I was an Assistant City Prosecutor. From 1980-1984 I was the Law Director for the City of Lima.

As an attorney, my goal is to take the uncertainty out of the legal process for each of my clients.
