OUTCOME: I was able to help my client get in car and her case settled for over $600,000 without having to go to trial.

My client was on her way to work when a truck pulling a large trailer had pulled across the 4-lane highway to turn left, but his trailer did not clear my client's left lane of travel. It was a foggy m ... orning, and my sweet client never saw the trailer until she hit it doing approximately 65 mph. My client had several broken bones and was not able to work for months. She was at the end of her rope trying to raise her one year old daughter all alone and now no stream of income.
