OUTCOME: Case Dismissed

My client was charged with a Megan's Law violation. These are very difficult cases to win because of inherent bias against the defendant. I decided that the best course of action would be to challenge ... the Commonwealth's evidence in a pre-trial motion in order to give my client the best chance to have his case dismissed.
