Counsel later testified before the Louisville Police Department's Merit Board regarding dozens of bad identifications that counsel had compiled in defending RW and another client. (termination upheld by Merit Board on Aug. 9, 2011). *footnote: "RW" is one of over ten plaintiffs (represented by different counsel) who have sued due to their false arrests and incarceration.
