I am a principal partner at Fields, Dehmlow & Vessels, LLC. I handle exclusively civil litigation matters.
My primary practice areas are in personal injury, wrongful death, insurance disputes, and employee benefits litigation (ERISA).
I handle an array of personal injury matters sometimes involving minor injuries, but often involving substantial injuries, and sometimes death. I was recently invited to join the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (TM) after successfully negotiating a settlement exceeding $1 million in a wrongful death matter.
ERISA litigation usually arises from the wrongful denial of employee insurance benefits--health insurance, long-term disability insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, and life insurance. It also covers claims related to pension benefits.
In addition to personal injury and insurance litigation, I often accept general civil litigation matters such as real estate and business disputes.
I am licensed in both Ohio and West Virginia. I accept cases throughout Southeast Ohio and Northern West Virginia.
