OUTCOME: For Plaintiff

I, with co-counsel, conducted a jury trial before Judge Pallmeyer last November. The jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of our client, Alice Washington, on her Title VII retaliation claim. Rece ... ntly, we received the final ruling on all equitable relief. After years of arduous litigation, Ms. Washington has been ordered in excess of 1 million dollars in damages. I am thrilled that this was the first case I received when I joined Moran Law Group, and that I was able to successfully defeat summary judgment and conduct the trial for my client.
