My client was charged with forcibly raping a co-worker while they were on a Marine Corps base. After thoroughly examining the evidence, speaking with witnesses, and finding several witnesses that the ... authorities couldn't find, we exposed the complaining witness to be a liar. We found a witness in Canada who helped us show that she made up this story only to be transferred to a more desirable duty station. Shortly thereafter the Government withdrew the charges and dealt with the case administratively.

My client was charged with use of anabolic steroids after the urinalysis revealed traces of the steroid metabolite in his urine. I filed a motion to suppress the urinalysis results because I found tha ... t taking the Marine's urine sample was a search that violated the 4th Amendment. The Judge suppressed the urinalysis results and so the Government had to drop the case.
