Client's daughter petitioned for guardianship in order to control Client's trust, after months of trying to gain control of her father’s trust through other means. On behalf of Client, Matthew T. Carus ... o quickly moved to dismiss the guardianship. After two contested hearings, the Court granted the motion to dismiss. Client kept control of his trust and he is free to make his own decisions without interference from his daughter, or anyone else.
