Patrick Owens v. Armond Brown and Allstate Insurance Company

My client, Mr. Patrick Owens, was injured as a result of a rear end car wreck that was caused by Allstate's insured, Armond Brown. Brown alleged that Mr. Owens reversed his truck on a one way road and ... hit Brown's car causing the wreck. Allstate denied Mr. Owens' claim completely. I filed suit and Mr. Owens' case was set for trial. At trial, the District Court Judge found Mr. Brown to be 100% at fault and awarded general and special damages be paid to my client, Patrick Owens.
