Adverse party refused to comply with the Court Order to provide my client with her share of the retirement account and to pay the correct amount of alimony. I sent a couple of letters to document the ... file but he ignored our correspondence. The day after the deadline we gave him we filed. He tried to evade service but our office is very adept at finding and serving people who don't want to be found. We kept our fees low and worked very efficiently. At the hearing the adverse party was so impressed that he admitted he was in contempt (2x) and stated that I did a great job and that he wishes that I was his attorney (3x). Funny but true.
