My client was facing charges for First Degree Rape, which carries the possibility of life in prison in the State of Maryland. After an extensive investigation, it was clear that the charges were based ... entirely on false accusations. Despite this fact, the State was determined to prosecute my client. I worked extensively with a number of private investigators and expert witnesses to counter the State's case. The result was my client's case being dismissed in its entirety, and my client having the ability to have his life back.
