LESTER was charged with FIRST DEGREE MURDER after his brother was shot and killed at Lester's home in the course of a domestic dispute. On March 10,2020 the trial began in Jefferson Circuit Court befo ... re a sworn jury. Lester was found not guilty of Murder, not guilty of Manslaughter First, not guilty of Manslaughter Second. He was convicted of Reckless Homicide and sentenced to two years. However prior to trial he had been on Home incarceration for 13 months so with the good behavior time credit I am hopeful he will be released from home detention at his sentencing date in May,2020
