OUTCOME: Guilty - burglary

Defendant Tyrell Artis broke into an apartment armed with a baseball bat and a taser to recover marijuana that was taken from him and thereafter attacked apartment dwellers therein, resulting in minor ... injuries to all persons at the apartment at the time of the incident. I was responsible for drafting all direct examination questions for all witnesses to be used by Prosecutor William Goslee at trial. Trial resulted in conviction in burglary which was affirmed by Third Circuit Ohio Court of Appeals.
