The other parties included government funded agencies and non-profit organizations. Countless hours of brainstorming and business strategy analysis led to a final contract. Research included topics in Intellectual Property Law, Licensing, Contracts, International Law, and Business Law. Drafting a complex agreement such as this involved balancing competing interests, protecting sensitive information, and securing all the goals of the clients. It was challenging, yet very rewarding to see the client happy.
