OUTCOME: Dismissal

Successfully defended a 300(f) [death of a child] case in dependency court, gaining a dismissal of the petition in its entirety. In that case, a father had been accused of improperly caring for his son ... 's chronic asthma and being the but/for cause of his death. After expert testimony both by the County of Los Angeles and the Defense and a trial which trailed for several weeks, all allegations were dismissed.
