The most communication that we received from him (as a public defender assigned to the case), was to defend himself & his inaction. He was ineffective in terms of getting the sentence reduced, he held onto video that we had requested in writing early on numerous times, only to tell us later that he h...ad it all along, but he didn't think it would make a difference. His lack of strategic experience resulted in the worst outcome- jail. His inability to make a strong defense in this case will likely have lifelong negative implications.
