Mother left the state with minor child with Father's oral consent after being served with Parentage Petition and was ordered back in violati ... on of the Automatic Temporary Restraining Orders issued on the initial Summons to the action. Upon return, we filed a Request for Order to move-away to Washington for Mother with the minor child.
