After a contested hearing, our client, was awarded sole managing conservatorship of the two minor children. The Court did award the mother visitation, but did not set a formal visitation schedule. Bas ... ed on the evidence and testimony elicited by our attorneys at trial, the Judge felt it would be in the best interest of the children for the Dad to determine when visitation would be appropriate. Thus, no visitation would occur unless expressly agreed to by our client.
