The children were taken into DCF custody and placed for adoption with non-family members, despite the availability of suitable relatives who were willing to adopt. After a lengthy legal process, the ch ... ildren were rightfully reunited with their family and ultimately adopted by their aunt and uncle. It was an honor to represent the family.
