OUTCOME: Victory after Defendant Appeal denied by PA Supreme Court

I represented the Plaintiffs in a not-uncomplicated and contentious Adverse Possession (Property) litigation, which was affirmed at the Superior Court and was subsequently Appealed to the PA Supreme Co ... urt by the Defendant. The PA Supreme Court denied the Allowance for the Appeal, granting a full victory for the Plaintiffs.
