OUTCOME: Jury verdict and award of damages in favor of Plaintiff.

I second-chaired a five-day jury trial in which our firm represented Plaintiff Esprit Health LLC, a healthcare software company, in a lawsuit against the University of Delaware and Steven Stanhope on c ... laims arising from a grant from the Department of Defense. Plaintiff succeeded on its unjust enrichment claim. The case was filed and tried in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Docket No. 13-1385-RGA.
