I had a client who medical issues arise which caused her to miss work and fall behind on her house payments. She was able to return to work and had the money to make her house payments but had fallen ... too far behind and the bank was not willing to accept her payments. They started a foreclosure on her home. We were able to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy for her and save her home from forclosure.
