You must send your parents Power of Attorney or any other document legally authorizing your parents to bring your baby.

Perm filed with DoL on April 15th 2015, 6 years of H1b expire of May 1, 2016. Would I get h1b extension beyond 6 years for EB2?

Yes, if your perm is pending for 365 days or more, you can file H-1B and get one year extension.

Please be truthful in your new application, get new I-20 issued and you will have to convince officer with proof at the time of visa interview.
