Gregory Owen Cox

Attorney Gregory O. Cox founded The Cox Law Firm, LLC after nearly 17 years of success working in corporate America and in various general practice law firms in the greater Dayton area.

Greg believes in personalized service for each and every client. He brings compassion and professionalism to every case and customizes his support to each client's needs and concerns. His goal is to become not just your "attorney at law", but to build a relationship that will last a lifetime and become a true "counselor at law" for you, your family, and/or your business.

Attorney Gregory Cox was recently selected to the 2020 Ohio Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Always calling the Dayton area "home", Greg and his family continue to do so today. When he is not coaching his oldest son in sports or chasing his two toddlers around the house, Greg enjoys reading and participating in various sports leagues himself. Greg is also a HUGE Ohio State fan-GO BUCKS!

Greg grew up and attended grade school in nearby Carlisle, Ohio. He then attended college at Wright State University and received his law degree from the University of Dayton.

Greg is admitted to practice in all State and Municipal Courts in the State of Ohio, as well as, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Greg practices in the areas of business formation and general counsel services, estate planning, family law, and personal injury. He most frequently serves the communities in and around the greater Dayton area and surrounding counties.
