Dean Edward Hines

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dean Hines and the way he has handled my family law case. Dean knows when to be aggressive and fight hard, but just as importantly, he has the experience and extensive knowledge to know when a motion or argument will accomplish nothing and when it’s bet...ter to let something slide and focus on what truly matters. That kind of judgment is invaluable in family law. Dean doesn’t waste time fighting battles that won’t benefit you or your case—but when a fight does matter, he will not back down. He truly fights for his clients and, most importantly, for what is best for you and your child. I have always felt that Dean is knowledgeable, strategic, and prepared. He knows the law, understands the system, and has the experience to know which battles are worth fighting. If something needs to be addressed, you can trust that he will stand his ground and advocate for you. I also want to give special recognition to Carrie. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and wonderful to work with. She has always made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Family law cases can be incredibly difficult, and having people in your corner who know when to fight and when not to, is so important. I am extremely grateful for Dean, Carrie, and their guidance. His office called me to come in. I was under the assumption he was going to go over case and what he was going to do in my best interest for my case. enter office he ask me one question I had all ready answered numerous times, ask me if I had any Questions, I told him a concern I had that could effec...t my case and he dismissed my concern that I knew would be a big part of my case. This all took about 10 to 15 min top. From then on he shot the breeze about Politics and small talk. Charged me by the hour to shoot the breeze with him. I lost all trust and dropped my case. He also charges everything in lawyer price, there is no lower cost for what assistant do. Everything is bundled at top dollar lawyer fee. He also showed very poor judgment in my case overall.
