Mark David Merrell

Attorney M. Dave Merrell is an experienced professional with a broad array of experience and subject matter expertise.  Dave has a Bachelors in Business Administration, a Masters in Health Services Administration from Xavier University, and a Law Degree from the University of Dayton.  In addition to formal education, Dave has owned and ran several businesses over the course of his career, and worked as a healthcare Administrator at Kettering Health Network for 5 years.  Upon being admitted to the Ohio bar, Dave worked at a Dayton Criminal Defense Firm.  As a Criminal Defense Attorney, Dave gained a wide array of experience in criminal matters.  Specifically, Dave gained subject matter expertise in DUI defense.  With such a broad array of experience, Dave can assist you in almost legal issue that you may encounter.
