For more than 40 years, Joe Gruenberg has served business owners, executives, and real estate developers and investors, in the areas of business planning, estate planning, and real estate.
Joe has extensive experience in the areas of taxation, business structuring and transactions, business succession planning, and estate planning. He complements this legal experience with an understanding of business operations and markets. Drawing on his experience and expertise, Joe creates positive solutions to business and legal issues, such as succession planning, acquisitions, joint ventures, capital formation, strategic relationships, and real estate investment and financing. Joe also has organized and represented public/private and for profit/not-for-profit ventures.
Joe is active in the community, having served in leadership positions on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations and businesses. In this capacity, he has been an advisor to companies with annual sales ranging from $5 million to $100 million. Joe is a former business-planning instructor at the University of Dayton School of Law, and is a frequent lecturer on real estate, business planning, and estate planning topics.
