Emily Yevell Feliz Garcia

Emily Yevell Feliz Garcia was born in the Dominican Republic and at 8 years old, her family immigrated to the United States. After arriving in the United States, Emily lived in New York and then the family moved to Cincinnati, Ohio which is the place she calls home.

At an early age, Emily began to develop a strong passion for the law with the desire to help the vulnerable immigrants who do not have a voice. Emily understands the personal difficulties of immigration which led her to law school and now as a lawyer who is committed to working with immigrants in all aspects of immigration law which is close to her heart.

Emily has over 13 years of experience as a Senior Paralegal and Office Manager.  Emily was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in November 2021. Emily continues to serve the immigrant population. Emily’s practice will be in Immigration Law helping Individuals with Immigrant visas, Non-Immigrant visas, Consular Process, Provisional Waivers, Asylum Applications, Naturalization, obtaining travel permits, DACA, SIJS, VAWA, Extension of Status, U Visa, Adjustment of Status and other immigration- related needs of her clients. Her practice also extends to Juvenile Law, Traffic Cases and Domestic Relations.
