Justin Matthew Lopez

Justin Lopez was raised in West Milton and earned a B.A. in Political Science (2009) and a J.D. (2012) from The Ohio State University. He interned with local firms, then worked at Lopez, Severt, Pratt Co. L.P.A., where he trained under his father, Jose M. Lopez. Justin developed a bankruptcy specialty—managing all bankruptcy matters—while practicing civil litigation, domestic relations, criminal, real estate, and probate law. At Elsass, Wallace, Evans & Co. L.P.A. he obtained a title insurance license, expanded his real estate work, and handled matters for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Admitted to the Ohio Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, he is active in local bar associations and serves on nonprofit boards. He lives in Beavercreek with his wife Ashley and their children.
