I represented CW in his initial divorce action and subsequent modification. During the divorce we assured that the Final Judgment and Decree contained sufficient lanquage to protect the children from t ... he mother who we suspected may be involved with drugs but we did not have any concrete evidence of her usage. The children started missing days from school and on other days they would arrive late. We eventually learned that the mother was having overnight guests when the children were present in violation of the court order. We filed a modification of custody on behalf of CW and eventually obtained full custody of his daughters.
