Client charged with Operating Under the Influence (OUI) after a car crash into a tree and admission of drinking hours before. Discovered an issue with the blood vial that the police department used to ... take the blood draw used as evidence for alleged intoxication. Did research and got information from the vial manufacturer stating some of the vials were missing a key ingredient and may produce an incorrect result. Showed that evidence to the prosecutor and convinced them their allegation of OUI was not provable at trial.
