Client was dropping grandchildren off at his daughter's apartment and an off-duty SAPD officer working security was overly aggressive with Client. Officer beat up Client's wife in front of Client whil ... e Client was handcuffed. Client didn't react to Officer's actions and Client was charged along with his wife. Jury heard the facts through testimony and came back with a Not Guilty in less than 5 minutes.
