Client was permanent resident, returning from an overseas cruise trip. Client was found in possession of drugs while entering the US port, and client admitted several other drug related crimes during i ... nterrogation. Client's green card was confiscated and was placed into removal proceeding. I represented client in the removal proceeding. I defended client and regained client's permanent resident status.
