Jamie and her team go above and beyond. Not only are they responsive to calls and emails, they try to make your retainer stretch. She doesn't bill like most divorce attorneys. If I could give Jamie a "must hire" rating I would. After meeting with Jamie for the initial consultation for custody of my son, I KNEW Jamie was the attorney for me. I expressed my fears and concerns and she walked me through the whole process. I am a very anxious person, Jamie, Jessica her paralega...l, and Tana her legal secretary made sure that all my questions throughout the entire process were answered to the fullest extent. I never felt rushed when I called them and I received timely answers when I emailed them. I have referred her to so many people for divorce or custody matters that were thrilled they hired her. I've found that Jamie doesn't seem to read ANY documents presented to her and she doesn't seem to proof read her own drafted documents. Her documents are always filled with grammatical errors and misspellings, which is quite frankly embarrassing. She gave bad advice, and I would have to remind her th...at another court document specifically read as the opposite of her advise, to which she replied "Oh, yeah! Haha, just do that then." I won my case under her because -I- was prepared and brought relative documents and exhibits that she was so "busy" and "forgot". Very bad lawyer. If you hire her, be prepared to act as a lawyer yourself and get familiar with the law, because that will be entirely relative.
