Anthony David Maiorano

I handle all forms of litigation, from small civil claims to multi-million dollar disputes. I regularly represent criminal defendants in Ohio courts and on appeal. I also represent parents in custody disputes and against allegations of dependency, neglect, and abuse.

My experience includes a criminal jury trial verdict of not guilty, successful defense of neglect allegations against parents, successful motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment in trial courts in southwest Ohio. I have also successfully appealed portions of a criminal jury trial and defended clients on appeal as well.

I graduated at the top of my class from University of Dayton School of Law. While at the University of Dayton, I was a research editor for the University of Dayton Law Review, a member of the mock trial team, and I externed for the Honorable Thomas M. Rose, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Ohio. Before attending law school, I obtained my undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and practiced Social Work in downtown Cincinnati. Currently, I live in Fairborn, Ohio with my wife and two daughters.

I am licensed to practice in the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Kentucky, all courts in the state of Ohio, and all courts in the state of Kentucky. I am member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Dayton Bar Association.
