Samuel Dean Borst

As  a highly experienced attorney in the Preble-Butler County/Southwest Ohio Judicial System, I come from a background of eight years as a law enforcement supervisor and police academy certified instructor, twelve years as a Prosecuting Attorney, and now fourteen years as a criminal defense/civil plaintiff's/family attorney, with over ten years as the City Prosecutor for Hamilton, Ohio, a City of sixty thousand, where I was the only Prosecuting Attorney in a Court which handled 17,000 cases a year.  During this timeframe, I handled all of the criminal appeals, jury trials, bench trials, preliminary hearings, motions, discovery, and  correspondence for the City Procecuting Attorney's Office.  I am attuned to the needs of single parents, persons going through divorce, and child custody battles, amongst others. have a natural/acquired ability to think on my feet, deal with high volume, high stress situations, common to the criminal justice system and domestic relations court, and have a higher degree of technical knowledge of Criminal/DUI/Traffic/Juvenile/Family law than most area lawyers.
