False Accusation of Molestation

A father seeking to spend more time with his children was immediately faced with a false accusation of molestation. Even though the child herself denied that dad had ever done anything wrong, mom crea ... ted confusion for the child by telling her that she just didn't understand that dad's innocent affections were wrong. We gathered strong evidence through investigation and working with the client to record mom's own admission that she had made up the accusation. Our efforts completely shut down the mother's false claims and we subsequently filed sanctions against her for her actions.
