As the economy has taken a toll on so many lives across the country you’re always wondering am I next to be unemployed? Well it was the case for me and my family, I wasn’t fired or laid off my employer made it an easy decision for me to quite and completely start over again. After he removed thou...sands of dollars from my annual salary, threatening to sell the company and to have us give up benefits that were crucial components to our survival, I couldn’t stay there and continue to take care of my family it just wasn’t possible. After having spent 22 years with the company the last five were miserable. We had decided for my health and peace of mind I needed to move on, we decided to start a new business and continue my career. This is when we needed some legal advice and we called Tracy, we brought Tracy on to oversee the beginning startup of our new company, all I can say is she knew a lot more than just the legalities of starting a company. We had a lot of questions and really were unsure about many things with starting a new business, we didn’t know where to turn, that’s when we asked Tracy for help, and she jumped in and helped us with every aspect of our new venture from salary structure, health insurance, tax advise (who to contact, names, numbers etcetera and now their a great fit in our new company). I can’t help but think what would have happened if she hadn’t stepped in and helped as she did, we feel like she is part of our family. Tracy made a point to stop at our home and sit down with my wife and me discussing things we hadn’t even thought of. We had lots of questions and she had the answers, and then even started the ball rolling for us. Tracy is extremely professional all the way, she worked directly with our investors and made sure everything was inline prior to any contract signing, she had our interests first and foremost, protecting us and our future was her goal! Tracy is not just a Lawyer around our house, she’s a friend, family and she treated us and our company as she would her own.
