Donald Terry Jones

Donald Jones was a lawyer referred to represent my husband & I in a corporate law suit filed against us by my husband's business partner. From the start, he insisted that this case would go to trial and that we had no chance to dismiss it in summary judgment. Although he had excellent advise from a c...o-defendant on how to get the case thrown out on summary judgment, he refused our constant plea to listen to this source. When the other defendant (representing himself) filed summary judgment, we asked Mr. Jones to at least support his summary judgment and stand united. Mr. Jones stated that he would not do so. He said that he was on vacation and would not be bothered. This came at the midnight hour of the case going to trial. We changed lawyers and went with a man who supported the other defendant's summary judgement. The result? THE CASE WAS THROWN OUT AS FRIVOLOUS AND NEVER WENT TO TRIAL. Mr. Jones conduct was unyielding and reprehensible. He cost us over $76,000 for his legal fees and did not act in our best interest!!!
