Rachel M. Wilhite

Rachel Wilhite is dedicated to empowering her clients with the knowledge and clarity they need to navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. She believes that when clients fully understand the legal system and their options, they are able to make confident, informed decisions that protect their families and position them for long-term success.

Rachel focuses her practice on family law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, dissolution, custody, dependency, neglect and abuse cases, protection orders, and adoptions. Whether advocating in emotionally charged disputes or helping clients reach thoughtful resolutions, she approaches each case with a balance of strategic advocacy and practical guidance.

Licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio, Rachel has spent the past six years primarily practicing family law. She thrives in the courtroom and is a confident litigator when needed, but remains focused on achieving efficient, effective resolutions whenever possible—helping clients avoid the unnecessary stress and expense of trial when a strong alternative exists.

Born and raised in Kentucky, Rachel brings a grounded, client-centered perspective to her practice. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients and serving as both a trusted advisor and a steadfast advocate throughout the legal process.

Outside of her practice, Rachel enjoys Pilates and gardening, finding balance and focus through both.
