(No relation) Client was charged with 19 felony drug possession and trafficking offenses, as well as 10 misdemeanor counts across three cases. By challenging the search, followed by reliability of wi ... tness statements, I was able to have 11 of the felony charges and 8 of the misdemeanors. I then used expert psychological testimony and reports to demonstrate the clients' diminished culpability. In the end, the DA agreed to a plea on one misdemeanor and one felony and the client, who had been facing 76 years, wound up with time served (6 months county time.)
