Ryan Joseph McGraw

Ryan McGraw is a trial lawyer with a history of success in child sex abuse, civil rights, Title IX, and employment cases. He also serves as outside counsel for business clients on a wide-range of issues including entity selection and formation, contract review, the drafting of employment agreements and manuals, as well as complex mergers and acquisitions. His outstanding business work resulted in his selection and inclusion in the 2017 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list which recognizes the best attorneys under 40 years old in the State of Ohio.

A Cincinnati native, Ryan graduated from St. Xavier High School before continuing his education at The Ohio State University. Following college, Ryan returned home to attend law school at the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was an Editor of the Law Review. As a member of law review, Ryan had one of his publications cited in a decision by the Supreme Court of Ohio. During law school, Ryan was also a Fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project and was part of the teams which assisted in the release and dismissal of murder charges for two inmates who collectively served 32 years in prison for crimes they did not commit. Ryan also worked for the Honorable Karen L. Litkovitz at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. 

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and Ohio State football. He also serves on the St. Xavier High School Young Alumni Board, the Powel Crosley, Jr. YMCA Board of Directors, the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section Run for Kids Committee, and as an advisor to the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
