Four Count Felony Domestic Violence Trial

Worked as second chair on complicated, 4-count felony trial. Client was charged with assault, corporal abuse on a spouse, false imprisonment, and dissuading a witness. Worked with senior counsel from b ... eginning to end of a two week trial. Did all research and trial preparation, voir dire, as well as witness preparation and exhibits. Client was facing a potential 12 years in prison if found guilty of all charges, was found guilty on one count (corporal injury of spouse) and given probation.
