William Thomas Fisher

Thomas Fisher is a Cincinnati business attorney. He has negotiated and closed numerous HOPE VI/mixed public and private financing transactions, negotiated the acquisition and sale of real estate, and assisted in the creation of affiliated entities used by his client to develop affordable housing opportunities.
