I agree, based on whether the parents were married or not (DR or JUV court) you can move for emergency custody or guardianship in probate.

In Ohio, one of the grounds for divorce is incarceration. Good starting point huh. Hire an attorney and get that divorce done.

Yes, hire an attorney and he or she will be able to obtain that information. With the change in income the support order can be modified.
