She seemed genuinely concerned and helpful in the beginning. I finally had someone who would fight for me. My case was not "huge" or "high profile" and I wondered if that was why I felt that she didn't treat it as a priority. The problem was, it was important to me The case wasn't progressing; my mo...tion wasn't filed timely, it took months frankly. When I followed up to see why things weren't progressing it seemed like she forgot what we had discussed in previous meetings and it was like I had to start over which cost more time and money. It got to the point where I didn't even want to call because I felt like I was bothering her. Time took care of issues, unfortunately my attorney did not.
