Zenaida Renee Lockard

Zenaida was appointed by the federal court. Normally having a public defender people expect them to not put in the necessary work. Ms. Lockhard is the opposite!!! She's young and ambitious, excited about helping her clients. You would have thought she knew me my whole life as she spoke to the cou...rt about me. She definitely reviewed my case, the law and a very last minute email from my wife (literally 5 minutes before court). Although, the outcome of the case wasn't what we wanted there's no doubt in my mind she was the best person to represent me. She immediately asked if I wanted her to appeal for me, of course I said yes!!!! My wife was extrremely impressed by Ms. Lockhard. Although, I hope to never be in a position to need Ms. Lockhard again. That's ok though, she's going big places. I look forward to watching where she's going. I would say our county, city, state or country would be lucky to have a judge on the bench like Zenaida.
